Bi Bi Raza Girls High School

Bi Bi Raza Girls High School was established in the year 1958. The school is recognized by the Govt. of Karnataka, Bangalore. The school imparts education in Urdu Medium. The School charged Re. 1/- as fee for its students. The teachers and the Headmistress were personally motivated by Janab Hussaini sahab to see that the families in the backward areas were persuaded to enroll their daughters in the school, guaranteeing all safety to them. A cart was specially arranged to fetch the students from those areas where the roads were not proper. That was in the early sixties. But right up till 1982 no student of the Bi Bi Raza Degree College (Est. 1977) was ever forced for the payment of the college fee.

The brunt of the student’s fees is borne by the poor fund of the Khaja Education Society, a fund into which the President of the Society quietly and constantly donates. Even his personal gifts of money find their way into this fund.
